Unpacking paint points in the user journey of an internal Google team.
My task was to create a narrative that would help engage internal stakeholders. I developed a design direction centred around feedback we heard from employees.
With the direction in place, I created a set of personas, user journey maps, illustrations, iconography and a deck.
